Thank you for joining the University of Houston Black Alumni Association!

The UH Alumni Association seeks to help all 224,000 alumni stay connected to the university through rewarding career services, stronger national networks, and other meaningful programs including new community service project opportunities and superior student recruitment and mentoring.  Alumni can also participate in great alumni fellowship provided by reunions, events, clubs and chapter activities.

I have taken courses toward a degree at the University but did not graduate

You can enjoy the benefits of the UHAA and earn active status in the Association as a Former Student through your annual gift to the Fund for UH.

I am not a graduate of the University of Houston nor did I take courses there

Upon request, friends (non-graduates) of UH who make annual gifts to the Fund for UH may be considered affiliate members of the UH Alumni Association.

Will I still have to pay annual dues?

UH alumni are asked to support the University of Houston annually, ideally through the Fund for UH which provides funding directly to UH students and programs, including alumni programming and opportunities.  Further those alumni who are active through annual support of their university are eligible for recognition, event invitations, publications and priority engagement opportunities.
